RULES and PROCEDURES FOR AFFILIATION

BACKGROUND:
On 1 September 2008 (valid until 31 August 2009) began operations Affiliate Associations Sports and Athletes of enrollment, Technical Teachers, Race Officials and Managers.
The completed form IN BLOCK LETTERS OR MACHINE MUST
ACHIEVE THROUGH ORDINARY POST, PRIORITY, REGISTERED, ECC ... AND ONLY
ONLY THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS OFFICE.
Sending Fax, e-mail or otherwise will not be considered valid and therefore will not be considered any affiliations.
 

GENERAL
May be affiliated to FIWS, provided that their applications for membership are accepted by the Federation Council, all the groups that intend to engage in athletic activities and / or the amateur
KUNG FU WUSHU and disciplines that:
Are governed by a statute based on the principles of true democracy and real;
Are governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Shareholders;
Do not have a profit;
Make use of a qualified Teacher Technical affiliated.
 

AFFILIATIONS:
The application for affiliation of the Association must be completed in duplicate and submitted by 1 September 2008, the National Secretariat. The documents are:
Copy of Incorporation of the Association, signed by the Founders.
A copy of the minutes of the Shareholders on the election of directors, signed by
President and Secretary of the Assembly.
Request for enrollment for all members of the Board of Directors, reported sull'Atto
Incorporation.
Request for enrollment for the Teacher Tech holder.
Request an enrollment of Athletes.
Proving that it has received payment of the Share of Corporate Membership and the Membership of the Executive Officers, Technicians and Athletes.
Only after the adoption of the Federal Council will be sent to the Sports Association applicant:
A copy of the application for affiliation with a favorable opinion.
Diploma of membership for the Association.
Weaving personal affiliation.
Qualifications for technicians, referees (if required).
